​Sales and Leadership Train​​ing

State and national programs offer sales and leadership training to help newer agents and owners discover their peak potential. Scholarships are available for the Bi​g “I” Legislative Conference held each spring and the Young Agents Leadership Institute which will be Sept. 11-12, 2020 in Kansas City. 

​GIVE Community Ser​​vice 

In 2018 the national Young Agents Committee launched the GIVE movement. The campaign encourages agents to share any acts of service throughout the year so we show how the industry is involved in the community. ​

​​​​Community

In addition to service, and in person gatherings, the young agents lean on Big “I” Gen Lead a growing, and helpful Facebook community created by the national Young Agents.
